Last week we visited Fenom fitness and fell in love. The facility has something for every one, a spin room, batting cages, basketball court, personal training, beautiful locker rooms and a party room.
All of the equipment and programs were integrated in a innovative way and designed to meet the needs for people of all ages. Private training is available that is suitable for adults and children and they have after school and camp programs available. The also have a signature workout Called the Fenom Fusion and they have Family Fusion for families to work out together! Birthday parties and facilities rentals are available as well.
