There are so many spray park and splash pad options for kids in Westchester County to cool off in this summer! Most splash pads are free and some of our Westchester County Park Pools have splash pads that make you feel like you are at a water park!  Check out our go-to guide for splash pad and spray park fun across the Westchester County area!

Do you know of an awesome splash pad or park with water feature that isn't on our list? Tell us about it here! Before you head out, check out 9 Tips to Planning the Perfect Day at a Splash Park.

Most splash parks are open from Memorial Day and water features close at dusk.  Check the Westchester County Parks site for up-to-date information on county pool hours and admission.

Barnhart Park

25 Andrews Ln, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591

Parking is on the street.  Playground equipment is newly renovated. The splash pad is gated.

Carol Nichols Park

Elmsford

Harbor Island Park

Mamaroneck

Another spot with great views and a playground.  The splash pad is on the smaller side, but still holds plenty of fun.

Louis Engel Waterfront Park

Ossining

There are two playgrounds in this park.  The one closest to the old Sing Sing has a beautifully renovated splash park - and my son loves the train equipment at the playground.  Mr. Softee makes the rounds frequently and the water is on a timer.  Bonus: The splash pad is gated.

Matthiessen Park

Irvington

The adjacent playground is gated and good for young children.  The splash park is also well suited for littles and a popular spot for the under three crowd.

Pierson Park

Tarrytown

Paid meter parking or free parking with Parks pass.  Splash pad is located next to the playground.  Great river views and options for shade under the trees.

Saxon Woods

White Plains

This spray area is by pool admission only.  It has large water structures, and the water is deep enough for wading in, in addition to the splash features.  Saxon Woods also has a large playground, free parking, and mini-golf.

Tibbets Brook Park

Yonkers

This splash area is also through pool admission.  It's a large aquatic area with lifeguards.  Good for a variety of aged children, not just toddlers - although you'll want to keep a close eye on the little ones as it gets crowded.  There is a "lazy river" style experience and you can picnic and barbeque.  This is more of a day out than a quick splash park visit.

Willson's Woods Park

Mount Vernon
